1. Professional Experience

  • Recommended for professionals with 2+ years of experience in their domain.

2. Educational Background

  • No mandatory degree requirements, but a background in business, education, HR, or a technical field is advantageous.

Day 1: Foundations of Effective Training

The first day of the Train the Trainer program focuses on building foundational skills for effective training. Participants will learn key adult learning principles and how to design impactful training sessions using the ADDIE model. Emphasis will be placed on creating engaging training materials, presenting confidently, and mastering facilitation techniques to manage diverse learners and challenging situations. By the end of Day 1, participants will be equipped with the essential tools to structure and deliver training that resonates with various audiences.

Day 2: Delivery, Engagement & Assessment

On Day 2, participants will deepen their skills in training delivery and evaluation. The focus will shift to using virtual learning tools for online training, ensuring participant engagement, and effectively handling Q&A sessions. Participants will learn how to assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation models like Kirkpatrick's, and will develop coaching and mentoring techniques to support learners' growth. The day will culminate in a practical session where participants deliver their own training, receiving constructive feedback and earning their certification.
